About Me
I'm a 3rd-year Computer Science & Engineering student at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai. I build things that work — from multi-page web platforms to prompt engineering pipelines for real LLM workflows.
My background spans Python, SQL, and web development, with hands-on experience in generative AI through a certified internship at SkillCraft Technology, where I engineered prompt workflows commended by the Tech Lead and earned a formal Letter of Recommendation.
I'm currently expanding into AI tooling and ML — building a Prompt Evaluator Tool that tests and scores LLM output quality. I work on Kali Linux, practice DSA daily, and believe the best way to learn is to ship.

Prompt Evaluator Tool In Dev
A web-based tool that tests prompts against an LLM and scores output quality across dimensions like clarity, relevance, and format adherence. Built from direct experience engineering production-grade prompt workflows at SkillCraft Technology. Addresses a real gap: there's no lightweight tool for prompt engineers to rapidly benchmark and iterate prompt quality.
View on GitHub →ShonoWear v4.0
Anime-inspired streetwear discovery platform. 13 HTML pages, 25+ files, full product discovery flow with Outfit Builder, drop countdown timer, promo code system, cart, and lookbook — zero backend, deployed on GitHub Pages. Iterated across 4 major versions.
Live Site →PixelArchiveX
Zero-dependency static wallpaper gallery built on Kali Linux. Custom masonry layout engine using pre-stored image dimensions in JSON, enabling correct JS-based positioning before images load. No external libraries — pure CSS grid + vanilla JS architecture.

50+ data structure implementations in Python and C — stacks, queues, linked lists, trees, and more. Pointer-based memory management in C alongside Pythonic equivalents. Paired with active LeetCode practice (103 problems solved).

A functional terminal dashboard for public transport monitoring, written in Haskell. Demonstrates purely functional architecture, type-safe data pipelines, and monadic IO composition — a deliberate detour from imperative languages to prove range across programming paradigms.

Prompt Engineering Intern
- Engineered 4 structured LLM prompt workflows for summarization, classification, and translation — all accepted and commended by the Tech Lead.
- Applied chain-of-thought reasoning, role prompting, and few-shot techniques to optimize model output across real-world NLP tasks.
- Evaluated and iterated on prompt performance, improving output formatting and instruction-following across multiple LLM configurations.
- Delivered all 4 projects within a 2-month cycle, covering the complete prompt design, testing, and evaluation pipeline.

kavinjs.dev@gmail.comQuick Note
I'm a 3rd-year CSE student actively building and learning. I'm most interested in roles involving AI/ML engineering, software development, or data analytics.
I work well in fast-paced environments, have shipped production-grade work under tight timelines, and hold a formal Letter of Recommendation from my last Tech Lead.
